Where is Patti’s? We are so proud to say we are located on Wood Street in Old Town, 3-5 Wood Street SN1 4AN to be specific, the street at the heart of our town filled with so much history and character. Our precious pilates studio is surrounded by gorgeous local coffee shops and brunch spots, the perfect pairing after a sweaty pilates class at Patti’s with your friends. Situated above the store Run, you can get to Patti’s via the door to the right of Run.
What do I wear? Please wear comfortable activewear. There is no pressure to have the latest brand or specific pilates clothes. Any activewear that allows you to stretch and move comfortable is perfect; you’ll definitely be working up a sweat in our classes.
What do I bring? Please bring water and also your grip non-slip socks for hygiene and to keep our beds as clean as possible please wear socks for your sessions. It is highly recommended that for safety you wear non-slip socks that have a grip on the soles. Don’t worry, we stock these if you need to purchase them. In colder months, you may wish to layer up.
​How long are the classes? Our sessions are all an hour in total, this time also allows for set up and clean up of the reformers so you can expect movement time to be around 50 minutes. Please ensure to arrive 5-10 minutes before your start time to wait in our cosy waiting area /reception. If you arrive over 5 minutes late to class the door will be closed and you’ll be unable to participate in the session, this will be classed as a no show and no refund will be given. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience.
Where can I park? The nearest parking to Patti’s is on Wood Street (PaybyPhone App), parking here is limited but Britannia Place Car Park (PaybyPhone App) is also nearby.
​How do I book? For your first session with us we would recommend booking a Primer class, especially if you have not done reformer pilates before. All bookings are made via the Mindbody App/Browser, there are links to this through our main website here. You can book your classes as a one off session or in set bulk packages at a slightly reduced rate!
What is your cancellation policy? We require a full 24 hour notice if you can no longer attend a booked session for any reason. If you cancel via your Mindbody profile over 24 hours before your booked class the credit will automatically be returned to your profile for you to book another session. Unfortunately, any cancellations made after 24 hours will not be entitled to any refund or return of credits. We hope you can understand why this is a necessary policy to have in place as a small business and we always appreciate your custom and support.
​What is your credit policy? The expiry date of our credits depends on which block you purchase. Drop in sessions and 5 Pack Credits both have a 45 day expiry, our 10 Credit Block has a 3 month expiry and our 25 Credit Block has a 6 month expiry. The start date is activated from the original purchase date not the first class booking date. Once these classes have expired they can no longer be used to book sessions.
​Can I use my phone during class? We know you may wish to bring your phone up to Patti’s for a photo or video (don’t forget to tag us on socials we love to see) but once class has started phones need to be stored away and on silent.
